Do take care of your personal belongings before our arrival. We have no issue doing the heavy lifting, but we like to take extra precautions for the little things - picture frames, books, knick knacks, and more. We care about your dearest possessions! Anything other items that cannot be removed will be covered in plastic or tarps.

Do have an idea of your desired color(s). We can provide you with our personal suggestions and recommendations, however we believe that color choice comes down to your personal style. If you are between 1-3 colors, have them ready for us and we are always willing to provide you with a sample to ease your decision-making.

Do feel comfortable to voice any new thoughts or concerns. Our team is always ready to address any of your inquiries in an honest matter. We are prepared to face any challenges, and provide you with solutions.

Don’t leave your pets unattended. Our team loves friendly pals, but they can sometimes make it a little messy. Make sure to have them in an area that is free of where we will be working to avoid any paint accidents!

Don’t (if possible) leave vehicles in the driveway of the home during exterior projects. We can use all the space we can access for the exterior areas. Our work truck occupies a lot of space, especially with our multiple ladders! If your vehicle needs to be in your driveway, we will try to park in the most convenient spot.

Don’t put a limit on your expectations. We want the best for you, so your house transformation is as important to us as it is to you. Our team will work with you as much as possible to help you achieve your dream home.
